Laura McDowell was selected as the November Employee of the Month for the Career Quest Learning Center campus in Lansing. McDowell has worked in the health care field her entire life and she readily shares her experiences on a level that makes students feel their goals are achievable.
McDowell has recently been instrumental, in conjunction with Sara Joblonski, for writing and constructing Career Quest’s new phlebotomy class. “Laura is flexible and easy to work with, and always willing to lend a helping hand,” said Career Quest President Melissa Soderberg. “She always has a smile and a sense of humor that helps students get through any difficult sections in class, while at the same time bolstering their self-esteem and confidence in a way that makes them highly employable and eases upcoming interview anxiety.”
Students interested in learning more about their educational options, should call the Career Quest admissions offices at Lansing 877-481-4930 / Jackson 877-365-8144.
