Melody Sorrells Named Student of the Month for September

Melody Sorrells, an Ophthalmic Assistant student, has been named September Student of the Month for the Lansing campus. In addition to being focused on her own studies, Melody is always willing to tutor and help others by sharing the knowledge she has gained from being in the program.

“Melody exemplifies what a Career Quest student should strive to be,” said Campus President Melissa Soderberg. “She’s professional at all times, and when she sees someone struggling she makes it a point to lend her assistance.”

Students interested in learning more about their educational options should call the Career Quest admissions offices at Lansing 877-481-4930 \ Jackson 877-365-8144.

Since 1995, Career Quest has implemented its mission to provide students with the skills required for employment and/or career advancement, by educating and training them with the equipment and technology found in the current workplace. For more information, visit www.careerquest.edu

SUCCESS STORY

“This program is good because it’s daily, it doesn’t give you time for slack. There is also lots of hands-on help, you’re not just left to do it all on your own. I was in college before and it just didn’t work out. Career Quest worked for me.”

SUCCESS STORY

“I tried community college and it was not for me; I was just overwhelmed. I learn better in small groups. At Career Quest, it was almost like a family. Everyone’s willing to help one another and the teachers are awesome. I’ll be sad to leave!”
