Medical Assistant Student
Amanda decided to further her education because she has children to take care of, and she says her children drive her every day to succeed at what she sets her mind to.
She adds that the medical assistant program she chose gives her the options to work anywhere she wants to and to take those skills with her, always knowing she can help the people who who need it.
Career Quest gives her things she didn’t get at a local community college: hands-on, smaller classes, a smaller campus and instructors who are always there, no matter what. After just eight months, she is ready to graduate and get to work as a medical assistant. “Your instructors are always there no matter what, after class, before class, they’re willing to help you to make you succeed,” she says. “And I love that because you don’t get that at a local college.”
