Robert Holbrook

Medical Assistant Student

Robert had worked at a fast food restaurant for 14 years, four of them as a department manager. During that time, he also attended a local college and discovered that he loved medicine and science.

“You think about the patients. And you think about their families who are worried to death,” he says. “The best thing you can have is compassionate, caring healthcare professionals who can deliver the care that maybe can turn it around.”

Career Quest gave Rob the chance to fulfill his dream of helping others as a medical assistant, and he says there was no other option for him besides Career Quest. “It was affordable, it was training-specific,” he says. “This is helping people. This is medicine. And that’s all I really want.”

“I feel like once I get out there in the field, I’d be prepared. And it’s Career Quest I can thank for that.”

SUCCESS STORY

“Career Quest gives you all the tools you need to be a successful medical assistant. You just have to make a choice to make it count.”

SUCCESS STORY

“I’m enrolled at Career Quest so I can be better at the job I have now. I’ve learned how to recognize health symptoms before they turn into a health care crisis. More knowledge means I help my patients lead the best lives possible.”
